Polyclonal antibody against Goat IgG H&L Chain, Peroxidase
You will receive the antybody in PBS(7,4 pH), for future delutions PBS or mediun similar to the one used for the assay are suitable.
Goat IgG H&L Chain, Peroxidase
Could be stored for at least 12 month in frozen condition at -70C.It is recomendable to prepare aliquotes in order to avoid repetable freezing and thawing as they may denaturate the peptide chains/bonds in the antibodies and reduce/change the activity of the antibody. Prior to use briefly centrifuge the vial to collect its content on the bottom.
Anti-Goat IgG H&L Chain, Peroxidase Polyclonal antibody can be used for Western blot, immunohistochemistry on frozen slices or parrafin fixed tissues. The advantage is that there are more epitopes available in a polyclonal antiserum to detect the proteins than in monoclonal sera.
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
If you buy Antibodies supplied by QED Biosciences they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.

Heavy & Light chains,IgG
Immunoglobulin gamma, IgG, mouse monoclonal H&L chain clones or rabbit, goat polyclonal antibodies have 4 parts. There are 2 heavy chains, 2 light chains. The IgG antibody has 2 antigen binding sites. They represent 70% or more of serum antibodies. This antibody can be antigen purified or protein A or G purified. For storage sodium azide is added or you can call us to request azide free antibody preparations. These will need colder storage temperatures.Polyclonals can be used for Western blot, immunohistochemistry on frozen slices or parrafin fixed tissues. The advantage is that there are more epitopes available in a polyclonal antiserum to detect the proteins than in monoclonal sera.
