Alpha-1 lipoproteins are completely different from beta-lipoproteins. In fresh serum only one alpha-1 lipoprotein exists immunologically, but after centrifugation, storage, freezing and thawing two types of alpha-1 lipoprotein with difference in mobility and antigenic properties have been observed. Alpha-1 lipoprotein in fresh serum is usually precipitated by the specific antiserum as a rather symmetric arc in the albumin zone. Concentration in normal human serum is 170-320 mg/100 ml. FreundÍs complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.

The Goat anti alpha-1 lipoprotein, Primary Antibodies is a α- or alpha protein sometimes glycoprotein present in blood. This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.Antibody against the Hu protein or peptide or recombinant supplied in 1 volumes. Ask for quote if you need bulk.

Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
