Carbonic Anhydrase I antibody was purified by delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by dialysis.
Lyophilized from 0.01M Na3PO4, pH 7.4, with 0.14M NaCl, and 0.01% NaN3.
Store at 4 deg C until reconstitution. Following reconstitution aliquot and freeze at -20 deg C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
