Biotin antibody (FITC) was purified by ion exchange chromatography followed by dialysis.
Liquid in 0.01M Sodium Phosphate, 0.14M NaCl, pH 7.4 with 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free) and 0.01% NaN3.
Store at 4 deg C short term, -20 deg C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
