IgM (mu) Based on immunoelectrophoresis, the antibody reacts with the heavy chain portion of rat IgM. No antibody was detected against IgG or non-immunoglobulin serum proteins, but antibodies may cross-react with IgM from other species.
The antibody was isolated from antisera by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads.
FITC, Lyophilized Reconstitute to 1.6ml with distilled water. Centrifuge product if it is not completely clear after standing for 1-2 hours at room temperature. To judge clarity, draw product into a clean pasteur pipette.

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
