PDIA3 This item recognises protein disulphide isomerase family A, member 3 (PDIA3) a 55 kDa protein of the endoplasmic reticulum. PDIA3 interacts with lectin chaperones calreticulin and calnexin, modulating folding of newly synthesized glycoproteins by promoting the formation of disulphide bonds. _x000D__x000D_PDIA3 expressed on the mouse sperm head is involved in sperm-egg fusion.

In order to retain the quality and the affinity of productone unchanged, please, avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. For antibodies that are in liquid form or reconstituted lyophilized antibodies small amounts could become entrapped on the seal or the walls of the tube. Prior to use briefly centrifuge the vial to gather all the solution on the bottom.
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
