CBX3 This item recognises human chromobox homolog 3 (CBX3), a 20 kDa protein. It binds histone H3 tails methylated at lysine 9, repressing transcription. CBX3 also interacts with lamin B receptor, forming a functional kinetochore through interaction with MIS12 complex proteins. This dual binding may contribute to the association of heterochromatin with the inner nuclear membrane.

In order to retain the quality and the affinity of productone unchanged, please, avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. For antibodies that are in liquid form or reconstituted lyophilized antibodies small amounts could become entrapped on the seal or the walls of the tube. Prior to use briefly centrifuge the vial to gather all the solution on the bottom.
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
