ADENOVIRUS This item recognises numerous Adeno proteins including hexon protein, and reacts with Adenovirus types 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7a, 8, 31, 40 & 41. Broad reactivity with other Adenovirus types is expected. _x000D_This antibody does not cross-react with Parainfluenza types 1-3, Influenza A & B, RSV, hMPV and Rhinovirus type 16. It does not react with uninfected Hep-2, LLCMK2 and Vero cells. Adenoviruses are 80-110 nm diameter, non-enveloped icosahedral viruses that can cause respiratory illness, infantile gastroenteritis and other mild disorders such as conjunctivitis. Features of Adenovirus have made it a useful tool for gene transfection and expression in mammalian cells.

In order to retain the quality and the affinity of productone unchanged, please, avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. For antibodies that are in liquid form or reconstituted lyophilized antibodies small amounts could become entrapped on the seal or the walls of the tube. Prior to use briefly centrifuge the vial to gather all the solution on the bottom.

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
