Protein A antibody (HRP) was purified by delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by dialysis.
Provided as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, with 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), and 0.01% Gentamicin Sulfate.
Store at 4 deg C until reconstitution. Following reconstitution aliquot and freeze at -20 deg C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
