IL-21 This item specifically recognises an epitope within the N-terminal (NT) region of human interleukin-21 (IL-21), a potent immunoregulatory cytokine and member of the IL-15/IL-21 family, secreted by activated CD4+ T cells. _x000D__x000D_IL-21 enhances the proliferation/differentiation of stimulated B-cells, the proliferation of bone marrow progenitor cells, and increases the activity of NK cells and disease-specific CD8+ T-cells.
