FOXO3A This item recognises human forkhead box O3A (FOXO3A), also known as FKHLR1, a 95kDa member of the forkhead family of transcription factors. FOXO3A is ubiquitously expressed and is an important regulator of apoptosis and the cell cycle. FOXO3A triggers apoptosis by inducing the expression of genes necessary for cell death. In association with RUNX3, FOXO3A is involved in the induction of Bim expression and apoptosis. _x000D__x000D_Translocation t(6;11)(q21;q23) of FOXO3A with the mixed-lineage leukaemia gene is associated with secondary acute leukaemia.

In order to retain the quality and the affinity of productone unchanged, please, avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. For antibodies that are in liquid form or reconstituted lyophilized antibodies small amounts could become entrapped on the seal or the walls of the tube. Prior to use briefly centrifuge the vial to gather all the solution on the bottom.
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
